A highly regarded and respected leader with a strong work ethic and decisive personality, Dr. Jennifer Rios is a recognized influential, and accomplished woman in a highly competitive male-dominated environment. Her highly specialized and valuable technological background acquired during her service in the United States Army, enable her to lead her company and clients into the digital age.

Dr. Rios began her academic journey by earning an Associate degree in Liberal Arts from Central Texas College, followed by a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Campbell University, completing both degrees in just two and a half years.
She went on to earn a Master of Business Administration in Digital Entrepreneurship from Strayer University, where she also obtained certifications in High Growth Digital Startup Management, Digital Business Operations, and Technology and Product Management. During her time at Strayer, Dr. Rios’s outstanding academic achievements earned her membership in several prestigious honor societies, including the Alpha Chi National Honor Society, Delta Alpha Pi International Honor Society, Golden Key International Honor Society, and the Society for Collegiate Leadership & Achievement (SCLA).
Dr. Rios holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Capella University, with a specialization in Leadership. Her exceptional GPA earned her an invitation to the Capella University Chapter of the SALUTE Veterans National Honor Society and three other Honor Societies. In addition to her academic accomplishments, Dr. Rios is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a designation she earned from the Project Management Institute (PMI) in 2021.

Dr. Jennifer N. Rios served for 13 years in the United States Army, obtaining the Staff Sergeant (Airborne) rank.
Dr. Rios supported Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom, assisting the Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force in Afghanistan, Iraq, Bahrain, and Kuwait. While serving in the U.S. military, Dr. Rios was the Brigade Ammunition Manager and the Range & Land Non-commissioned Officer in Charge (NCOIC) for the 95th Civil Affairs (CA) Brigade (BDE) (Airborne), supporting U.S. Army Special Operations Command in managing and distributing ammunition across five battalions. While serving in Kuwait, Iraq, Afghanistan, and Bahrain, she forecasted, organized, and provided comprehensive logistical support for the Joint Special Operational Command (JSOC) and all U.S. Special Forces (S.F.).
Additionally, Dr. Rios provided technical subject matter expertise to five senior-ranking battalion command personnel on all matters concerning ammunition, policies and procedures, and the effects on the battlefield. While serving, she obtained her certifications in HAZMAT, Ammunition Stock Control, Accounting Specialist, Automated Logistical Specialist, Unit Supply Specialist, Special Operations Support Personnel, M270A1/HIMARS Launcher Course, Javelin Gunnery Trainer Course (GTC), Airborne, and Battle Staff Operations.

Dr. Jennifer Rios is deeply rooted in the Prince George’s County and Montgomery County communities, where she is dedicated to empowering others and fostering meaningful connections. She actively supports local initiatives, champions small business growth, and creates opportunities for emerging leaders through mentorship and advocacy.
Known for her hands-on approach, Dr. Rios is passionate about guiding the next generation of entrepreneurs, students, and community changemakers—helping them build confidence, develop leadership skills, and achieve their goals. Her commitment to service reflects her belief that strong communities are built by lifting others and investing in their success.
